My spouse and I recently took the one-hour helicopter tour on Kauai. It was my first-ever ride in a helicopter so I was somewhat apprehensive. Once we got going, my fear dissipated as I took in the amazing sights of this beautiful island. Our pilot, Paul, was friendly and informative. Although this is a pricey adventure, I highly recommend it as perhaps a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You see things that you would never be able to access from either land or water. Wow!

We reviewed several helicopter company's and chose this one. So glad we did. The pilot was great, and gave us an excellent tour. It is amazing to see all of the island. We highly recommend this tour

After our fantastic helicopter tour experience on the Big Island, we were really looking forward to the Kauai tour (Kauai Eco Adventure). We were SO disappointed. Our pilot was ok. The tour itself was just so underwhelming. The pilot rarely circled back to allow both sides of the helicopter to see a site, he didn’t bring us even remotely close to anything… it just felt like he was rushing to get us back as quickly as possible, and circling an area or flying in closer would take away time. And I’m really not sure where their times come from (even our confirmation said 50-55 minutes flying time) – they are *not* adhering to that. We were driving away 50 minutes after our tour started, and that was factoring in getting off the flight, photos, getting a drink, and using the restrooms. I read other reviews about the flying time after booking. I now realize how right those reviews were. We probably wouldn't be overly likely to book another helicopter tour on a future visit, but after chatting with others, if we were to, it would absolutely be with another company who seems to have better word-of-mouth feedback.

I was a little hesitant about taking a helicopter tour, but it was such a smooth ride and now I can't wait to go again!! What a great way to see Kauai! Our pilot, Brian, was great! You get to see so many beautiful aspects of Kauai that you wouldn't be able to by land. We were able to get so close to viewpoints & Brian ensured that everyone in the helicopter had a view. It's pricey, but worth it! You should wear dark clothes so there's less reflection when taking pictures. At the end of the trip you can get your picture taken in front of the helicopter & buy a usb video of your trip for around $40 (FYI they start the video recording the second you are in the helicopter and they switch between views of the trip & inside the helicopter)

Blue Hawaiian is a wonderful helicopter tour company. They are incredibly organized and professional. I felt very safe with our pilot who was a pilot in the armed forces and served two tours. What amazing views of the Napali Coast, the lush greens of the valley really stand out from up above. Definitely worth it! Thank you, Blue Hawaiian!!

We saw Kauai by land and by boat but the best way was by far the helicopter ride! The company is very professional and organized. I felt very safe the entire time. The views are AMAZING! We saw views that we would have never been able to see without being up in the helicopter!!! Our tour guide was Tony! He was very personable and a lot of fun. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the sights. He was able to answer all questions that were asked of him. I highly recommend flying with Tony if you get the chance. You will not be disappointed.

50 Minuten atemberaubendes Erleben, das Highlight unseres Hawaii-Urlaubs. So lautet unser Fazit. Wir buchten die "Vormittags"-Tour bei Blue Hawaiian, schon von Deutschland über Kreditkarte. Check in 45 Min vorher, zunächst wiegen aller Passagiere, dann Sicherheitsbriefing per Video mit einer netten Assistentin, die Fragen beantwortet. Die Einteilung der Sitze (6 Passagiere pro Heli) erfolgt durch Blue Hawaiian nach Gewicht. Hochprofessionelles Auftreten, die Abflüge gehen im 1/4-Stunden-Takt. Das gibt einem ein Gefühl der Sicherheit. Jeder Passagier wird einzeln in den Heli gebeten und festgeschnallt. Dann Audio Check, damit auch alles funktioniert. Nach Schließen der Türen prüft der Pilot, ob alle alle verstehen. Dann geht es los. Die Tour ist wirklich perfekt organisiert. Während des Flugs läuft über die Kopfhörer passende Musik zur Landschaft, zahlreiche Live-Kommentare des Piloten bereichern das Erlebnis sehr. Wir sahen das Waimea-Walley mit den Canyons, die Napali-Coast und zahllose Wasserfälle in der menschenleeren Inselmitte. Die Flugmanöver waren zum Teil spektakulär (Flug in den Canyon rein mit mehreren Kurven, Flug über Felsformationen in das nächste Tal rein, mehrere Steilkurven in den Tälern. Für uns ein nicht zu toppendes Gesamterlebnis. Besonderen Dank an unseren Piloten Tony, der das sehr professionell begleitet hat. Die gesamte Tour wird auf USB-Stick mit 4 Kameras (drei draußen, eine in der Kabine) aufgezeichnet und zwar INKLUSIVE der dort über das Audiosystem gespielten Begleitmusik. So kann man den Flug nochmals in voller Länge erleben. Klare Empfehlung. Ein Muss für jeden Kauai-Besucher. TIPP: Die Tour sollte man für vormittags (Abflug spätestens 10.00 Uhr) buchen, da ist die Chance auf klares Wetter wesentlich höher. Bei uns war das Wetter optimal, bereits MIttags sind Wolken aufgezogen.

Kauai is beautiful from the air, especially the valley, the west coast and the partial crater. What was most amazing, however, was our pilot. Brode is passionate about Kauai and sharing its history and culture. We really have a completely different understanding of the island and its people after our time with him.

Took the tour per recommendation of the Kaui Revealed guide book and was not disappointed. All of our questions were answered over the phone, weigh in was discrete at check in, and there was no push to buy anything else. Our pilot Geoffrey gave a great tour and you are truly able to see the island in ways that even on a hike you could view. The flight itself was very smooth from takeoff to landing. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kaui as a must do.

A breathtaking experience and totally worth the price, the Eco Adventure Helicopter Tour with Blue Hawaiian offers the best way to see all of Kauai. Spanning roughly 55 minutes the Blue Hawaiian tour hits all of the key spots from Jurassic Falls to the Waimea Canyon to the NaPali Coast and the Waialeale Crater. The helicopters are great for viewing the magnificent scenery and our pilot, Tony, was a fantastic tour guide. The music soundtrack and two way radios were a nice touch! Highly recommend Blue Hawaiian and can't wait to get back in the air with them (hopefully) soon!

Our helicopter flightseeing tour of Kauai was beyond incredible. Our pilot took us into several of the canyons, up and around the Napali Coast, and made sure to turn the helcopter at each place we flew over to give everyone one both sides equal viewing and photographing opportunities. This is really the way to see Kauai. You get to see places that you can't access by car. I would recommend this excursion to anyone.

This was absolutely the best thing we did. You can not come to Kauai and not do this. Our pilot Beth was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was moved to tears with how beautiful it was. Beth took us into some canyons and we got a close up view of all Kauai has to offer!

This tour was mesmerizing from start the finish. Our pilot, Marty, was so knowledgeable and very pleasant. The views from the copter are breathtaking. This excursion was worth every cent. Five stars.

If you are visiting Kauai, this is the only thing you MUST do! Everything was great from the staff to the ride to the views. Brody was our pilot and was just outstanding. He was so passionate and informative. The ride was so smooth and I was astounded by the beauty of the island. You get to see the whole island and it's amazing. The only bad part was that we couldn't stay up there for longer!

Remek program!!! A varázslatos sziget legszebb helyeire jutottunk el, amelyeket a földről nagyon nehezen, vagy egyáltalán nem lehet megközelíteni. Pilótánk Durell olyan finoman vezette a gépet, hogy a kávé sem löttyent volna ki a pohárból, egyben nagyszerű idegenvezető is. Életünk egyik legszebb élménye volt.
