There aren't enough adjectives to describe this adventure. I'm terrified of flying but went with my family and it was fabulous! The pilot was very nice and knowledgeable about the island. He answered all our questions and sent us away with funny stories. We did pay extra so two of us could be in the front seats and it was worth it. It was winter so we were unsure of the weather but it was a perfect day and tremendous views. Would highly recommend this company and this adventure for everyone traveling to Kauai.

We were in Kauai just after the New Year for a few days. We were never going to see everything on the island, but the folks at Blue Hawaiian helicopters got us a lot closer. Our pilot Greg started out showing us his house and gave us recommendations on hikes and restaurants and drives around almost the entire island. I was just disappointed we were not going to have the time to follow up on his recommendations. And it hard to imagine seeing the Napali coast any other way. The cliffs are just stunning and the perspective from the air cannot be matched. This was definitely the highlight of our adventures. We had some nervousness about safety, but Blue Hawaiian staff were friendly and thorough with their safety training. The helicopter seemed new and our pilot was confident and smooth. Everyone had a good time.

The tour was a beautiful representation of what Kauai is made up of! Waterfalls are abundant and the valleys and coastline are amazing. You truly see the beauty of Kauai when seen by helicopter. I would recommend this as a “must do”. There were no obstructed views on the helicopter; all of us had good seats. If you arrive on schedule, be prepared for 30 minutes of downtime. There is a small shop, but not much else to do.

Helicopter tour was beautiful! Pilot Beth was great and it was very informative and just beautiful to see it all from the sky!

As a solo traveler blue Hawaiian were the only outfit that took solo bookings thru TripAdvisor I had a great time but did find that everyone else I’ve met in Kauai had paid 30% less than me on the other smaller helicopters and had just as good a time Blue Hawaiian definitely feel safer, better and higher quality so I highly recommend them , but dropped them to 4 stars due to value

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I am a nervous flyer and have a fear of flights. But I challenged myself to do it. It was wonderful! Beth was our pilot. I read such excellent reviews about her, so I was very excited when they announced she was our pilot. Everything was very organized. I felt very safe the entire time. We even bought the disc of the entire trip, so we can watch our experience and share it with others. I loved the music they played in the headphones as well during the flight. Thank you Beth for a fantastic and memorable experience!

The pilot did an excellent job at wowing us all. This is the helecopter tour you dream about and just cannot believe how lucky you are in the midst of it. Do consider this tour... On the other hand, after having just two days before taken the same company's tour on Hawaii and having such great customer service, we were taken aback by the attitudes of more than one of the representatives at the front desk. The woman who conducted the pre-flight "training" and locked us into the seatbelts was not unfriendly, she was threateningly rude. After years of working in restaurants I've learned to go somewhere else when the face of the place is that sour since it represents an overall management breakdown and probable issues behind the scenes, as well. I'm glad I didn't walk away due to her and two of her other co-worker's unfortunate choices to make guests feel like an unwelcome annoyance - the loss would have been so mine.

We booked with Blue Hawaii and made it about 25 minutes into our tour and had to return because of bad weather. We were booked the next day on the same tour with no extra charge and had the best helicopter tour of the island. Shay, our pilot, was amazing! The views were incredible! The staff is friendly and the helicopters very well maintained. The whole flight should not be missed if you are new to Kauai. You cannot get these views from any other way and Blue Hawaii definitely made sure we were safe the whole time. So glad we booked this!

We recently took a cruise to the Hawaiian Islands and booked an excursion with Blue Hawaiian helicopters during our stop in Kauai. Wow what an excellent tour. The whole flight lasted 45-50 minutes. Before the flight we had a safety briefing which was very comprehensive. They assigned our group to the helicopters based on weight distribution. Our pilot was Beth and she did a woderful job telling us what we were seeing. We specifically picked Kauai for a helicopter tour and we are sure glad we did. We highly recommend doing a tour with Blue Hawaiian.

Jurassic Park from the sky 744025235 Absolutely incredible experience. Seeing Kauai from the sky is a must do. There have been a few accidents but I checked blue’s safety record and felt assured that things would be fine. It was an unreal experience and I saw things I would otherwise never see since Kauai is so hard to get around and see by car.

Had a wonderful time and highly recommend doing this when in Kauai. Got to see parts of the island that we would have missed. So many waterfalls!

We had easy views from all of the windows. The best way the see all of the beaches and waterfalls. They were very safety oriented and we felt safe and secure during the entire flight.

The beauty and awe of this helicopter tour of Kauai transcends words. It literally is a moving experience that brought some people in the helicopter to tears. It is almost indescribable, but if I had to, I would tell you that the combination of the ultimate rain forest, grand canyon of the tropics, massive waterfalls, sheer vertical drops along with the exhileration of an exciting helicopter ride made our vacation perfect. Six of us went and six of us got off that helicopter with something new in our souls that will forever be charished. Thanks to the whole team and especially Greg our pilot for a spectacular experience.

so Much of Kaua’i is protected and can only be accessed by boat or air. This tour was the perfect way to experience the beauty of this island. Our pilot, Mark, was very knowledgeable about gave a great history along with the most breathtaking views. We enjoyed every minute and have the most beautiful memories from this experience.
