Great experience! They maneuver right up to the waterfalls and into Waimea Canyon and various valleys! Our pilot seemed very knowledgeable and used to fly Blackhawks, so we felt very safe! If you get motion sick, remember to take your Dramamine!

My tour was canceled twice. I 100% appreciate not flying when the weather may not be right, however they don't delay flights, they cancel them. There should be a 30 min buffer. First flight attempt: Went through all of the prep, got outside and then was told our flight was cancelled. As we were leaving the next group was being briefed and they were able to fly. Second flight attempt: Made it half way through prep when it was canceled, which was 20 mins before our expected departure. It would have been nice to wait the 20 mins to see if the weather changed. Actual flight: Really nice and pretty but the helicopters fit 4 in the back and 3 up front (minus the pilot). So, if you're in the back middle seats you're SOL on the views. I would recommend finding a company that flies more private groups if you're traveling as a couple. Staff was incredibly friendly.

Pilot Jason was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the various areas of the Kaua’i island. We felt safe in his helicopter all the way. Gives you a very different perspective of the Na Pali coast, the canyon and the volcano. The pilot is also good at doing 360s to ensure everyone gets a good view. I was also very impressed with the check in facilitates and staff. Clean, well equipped and easy to use. Highly recommend this for an excursion.

We enjoyed the experience ... comfortable ride, spectacular views, pilot "Dave" was extremely well qualified (significant military background), steady, informative, humorous, and personable. The orientation and prep and seating process was smooth and safety conscious. The staff were courteous and helpful. The Bose noise-cancelling headsets worked well to enhance the music and communications from Dave and the interactions with the passengers' questions and comments. The personalized video of the actual trip we took was/is wonderful ($40 - extra).

Thoroughly enjoyed our ECO helicopter tour with our pilot Brian at Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. Brian was amazing, his love of the island was heartwarming and the knowledge he has of the island was great. My daughters and I learnt so much, they were apprehensive initially about the tour as they have never been in a helicopter but soon felt relaxed. Kauai is an amazing island and has such spectacular scenery. I would totally recommend a tour with Blue Hawaiian.

This helicopter ride was extraordinary. The natural beauty of the Kalalau Valley, Napali Coast, Waimea Canyon falls and all it's surrounding, there are no picture(s) that does it justice. It must been seen with your own eyes! Our pilot Guy maneuvered the bird very swiftly and gentle. If you decide to take the ride, wear dark clothing so that the reflection of white (light color) doesn't appear on the helicopter windows. Highly recommend to take this ride.

A guide book recommended Blue Hawaiian Helicopters as the best Kaua'i helicopter companyi, and our family agrees. The tour was great. Each passenger had a great view and had a headset to hear and speak to the pilot. Afterwards, Blue Hawaiian Helicopters did something special that we requested for no charge.

Fantastic from walking into their premises to the chopper ride. Dave our pilot was informative and made sure all people on the tour saw everything. The sights are out of this world and need to be seen to be believed. Definately a must do.

This was by far the best excursion of our trip to Hawaii! Our Pilot Beth was phenomenal! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very capable of handling her Helicopter. The views of Kuaui are unparalleled from the helicopter! Our chopper held 6 guests plus 1 pilot. Their were headphones and a microphone for everyone. There were windows so that every guest could see 360 degrees. I personally loved the fact that this company took extra time to teah about safety, and then followed through thoroughly with those procedures. They even offered a video of your tour for $60. I would definitely do this excursion again! Highlight of our trip! Ask for BETH-she’s the BEST!!!!

Our 50-minute tour provided an overview of the entire island including Waimea Canyon, the Napali Coast, and Mt. Waialeale in addition to several waterfalls and cultural info. It was just the right amount of time, and our guide, Godfrey, made sure to learn everyone's names and address them directly when answering questions. Blue Hawaiian is a well-oiled machine, and the day was very organized from check-in through the safety briefing, loading, and unloading. It's absolutely worth any extra cost to feel like you're flying with experienced folks.

Our tour of the island was fantastic, breathtaking views and a very informative pilot made for an unforgettable tour. The staff is very professional and made sure all passengers were comfortable and enjoyed themselves. This is the best way to see the most beautiful island!

My dad and I took this excursion and it was definitely worth the money! Our pilot Brian was so great. He was super knowledgeable about the island, could answer all our questions, and made the trip fun. The island is beautiful and this is the way to see it!

This was a amazing tour and this company went above and beyond to work with us as we were caught in traffic and missed our first scheduled flight. This was a amazing views. GREAT company

Initially, my family wasn’t going to do a helicopter tour, but read in a guide book that it was strongly encouraged when on Kauai. So glad we signed up! Words can’t describe just how stunning the scenery is. It’s also a great way to orient yourself to the island (we did it early in our trip). Captain Miguel was great at engaging each of the passengers (there were 6 of us plus an infant), and we were all given the opportunity to ask questions. We wouldn’t have been able to see some of the terrain had we not done the helicopter tour. It was truly an experience I’ll never forget!
