Bastian gave us a memory of a life time. My mom gets so much enjoyment fron her helicopter rides. Every time she comes to island she partakes. We have always takes th tour from Waiklola side so this is a very nice change and something new. We also learned something new on this tour, that there is a white dome that Nasa owns and astronauts live in and can only go out in their space suits. The shore line views, Mac Nut farms and waterfall views from the Hilo side are gorgeous views. When you book your flight request Bastian you will not be disappointed.
This is the ONLY way to see the island. 50-80% of the island is inaccessible by car. The staff was attentive and friendly. Pilot was knowledgeable; we learned so much about the island! A must do!

Our pilot, Kaj, was incredibly knowledgeable, he shared so much fascinating history about Hawaii as we flew over the breathtaking landscapes. His smooth flying completely put us at ease, melting away any nerves we had before the flight. The highlight was stopping at a waterfall, it felt truly magical, like something out of a movie. The entire team, including Kevin, Jordan, and Jonalynn, made the experience seamless from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and made check in and the safety briefing smooth and stress free. This helicopter tour is hands down one of the best ways to see Hawaii’s stunning sights. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the islands from a whole new perspective!
