We took a tour over Hilo with Chuey on 9/17/26 and the entire experience was truly amazing. The entire staff was so helpful. The experience was awesome. I am so glad we did this. I would recommend to everyone.

Barrett was an amazing tour guide and pilot. Very knowledgeable about the land and answered our many questions. His heart for the island was very evident in his responses and his love for adventure was a highlight. The entire staff was helpful and made the flight seamless and safe. Absolutely amazing experience! Spectacular views, highly recommend it. Waterfall landing was an awesome addition, and our pilot Greg made the trip fun, and taught us a lot about the island!

This was my first time taking any kind of helicopter tour, but I can't imagine another outfit being more professional or luxurious. They have their own terminal, which is nicely furnished and well appointed, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff was very pleasant and thorough, and the pilot was really cool. The Airbus helicopters they use are like flying limousines, very comfortable and quiet. The pictures and video package they offer is actually more reasonable than I anticipated. Overall, it's probably the most expensive helicopter tour, but it's worth every penny. One recommendation: wear dark clothing because white or lighter colors cause glare inside the cabin, which can affect taking pictures through the glass

Our pilot Dale was great! He got us a view of the caldera through a break in cloud cover and got us up close and personal with some waterfalls! The whole staff was very welcoming and we felt safe the entire time. Highly recommend!
