UNREAL experience! I'm not an overly emotional person, but I found myself tearing up as a result of the shear awesomeness of the experience. We did the Kohala Coast Adventure and it was the highlight of our Hawaii experience. And, to ease the mind of anyone apprehensive due to anxiety, we were the same way but once aboard and in the air, there was NEVER one moment we weren't comfortable. The pilot was experienced, calming, and informative. A++++++ experience!

I was a little hesitant about doing this especially since  my husband declined but I am SO glad I did! After having taken years of fixed wing flights around Kauai in a Cessna, I saw areas I'd never seen before.  Our pilot Robert couldn't have been better.  A great sense of humor, an excellent pilot, and very informative. I normally hate earphones but the ones they gave us were lightweight and very comfortable.  Better yet, we didn't have an boom mike, but a hand held one that was easy to use. It was very easy to get a hold of someone by phone to answer questions or change the reservation. The only negative was the amount of time we had to spend waiting around.  before the flight.They want you to be there an hour early, so they can combine the groups  for 3 back-to-back flights into one for safety instructions.  Then you might have to wait for them to board 2 flights ahead of your own, which can take a another 20-30 min. One thing to be aware of.  The front row seats cost $100 more, but only one of them is next to a side window.  One person gets put into the seat between the pilot and other passenger, so the only good view is directly out in front.  I had a back seat next to a window and it was PERFECT. I highly recommend flying with Blue Hawaiian!
