We went on the Blue Hawaiian Kauai Helicopter Tour on Thursday, September 14 @2:30PM, with Robert. We appreciated that Blue Hawaiian had multiple helicopters that take off around the same time so they were able to book one of us in the front seat (for 125 dollars extra - would recommend) and one of us in the back with the lap child (because a lap child cannot be in the front seat). The Eco-star helicopters are a more comfortable option if you need to do a doors on helicopter(lap child, etc.). We've done Sunshine Helicopter on Maui and the Big Island which flies a similar helicopter, but they were unable to give us a late enough time in the day and were unable to split our party to have one of us in the front row due to the lack of volume in their operation.

I took the Spectacular Big Island tour with the optional waterfall landing and it was definitely a memorable experience! Seeing the Big Island from the air with its incredible volcanos, lava fields, lush forests and waterfalls was mesmerizing. Hans, our pilot, was friendly and very knowledgable about the entire island. The landing by the incredible waterfall was definitely worth the additional cost. I previously flew with Blue Hawaiian on Kauai and I can certainly say that they are an A+ outfit and give you your money's worth with their flights.

Aloha! Incredible and very beautiful trip with Gregg as our pilot.  We were able to enjoy the varied Kona coast topography and experience landing at the waterfalls. Truly amazing and spectacular.. something I won't forget!

Our pilot Duke was amazing! The tour and views were absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend doing this tour when visiting the island!

The Big Island Spectacular tour is amazing. The variety of scenery and landing at the waterfall were awesome. Pilot was excellent. This is a MUST do. Never been on a helicopter before and was very calm and relaxing.

It was an amazing hopefully not once in a lifetime experience! Thank you to our pilot Matt. He was very knowledgeable and made a great choice for the music on the ride (which is also on the final video you can purchase). ;) Everything was amazing. Starting from the security instructions to the flight ✈️ and the amazing views. Thank you Blue Hawaiian Helicopters! ❤️

WOW! What a beautiful experience for our family! Greg was the absolute best — so knowledgeable and kind. Remembered all of our names and actively engaged with us on conversation and shared so much with us about the island. He’s a great pilot - very smooth ride and THE BEST VIEWS! Highly recommend!

Wow what an experience. The ground crew was fantastic. They assisted my 93 year old mother in law getting in and out of the helicopter using a chair lift.  They were soooo friendly and accommodating. Our pilot was Matt he was friendly and highly informative.  The flight was so much more than we thought it would be. We had been putting this off for 21/2 years and decided we would just do it. If you are hesitant on taking this adventure please don't be it was awesome and so worth the money.
