What an awesome experience this was. Staff was great and our pilot Benjamin was awesome and very knowledgeable and informative about all kinds of different things as he flew us around Oahu. So much so, that nobody even asked a single question. Highly recommend this tour

Mark and I love Blue Hawaiian!  This is our second time using them for a helicopter tour.   They came highly recommended by friends that live in Maui.   Blue Hawaiian operates on multiple islands and the staff is consistently friendly, efficient and dedicated to the safety of their customers. We carefully checked weather before arriving in Kauai to ensure the best opportunity for a successful tour not impacted by the weather.  We booked online directly with their website and purchased the additional insurance which I highly recommend. We immediately received both emails and text confirmation of our booking. As the day approached we received additional texts and emails confirming that the tour would proceed. Check in is one hour prior to the departure and is mandatory for safety training and rules. The staff truly cares about passenger safety and the comprehensive nature of the training is excellent. The lobby is clean and spacious with clean bathrooms and filtered chilled water dispenser.  Videos are shown on the wall of each trip and explain what to expect. Seating is assigned based on weight and to balance the helicopter.  Mark was seated in the back middle seat and I received the back window seat. IMO all the seats will provide amazing views. Robert was our pilot and he is awesome! He struck the perfect balance of information and quiet time. He also prepped us for each upcoming photo opportunity as they approached. Weather is out of their control however our specific time slot had PERFECT weather and our 45 minute tour was AMAZING!! We each took 2 Dramamine pills plus drank ginger tea prior to departure and this effectively mitigates any motion sickness.  Follow this advice in order to enjoy the experience. Blue Hawaiian runs a top notch operation and we highly recommend their service!!!
