Great. Ray was a Fantastic pilot. The flight would have been better on a clearer day. A little upsetting that the dvd didn't process because of a technical glitch.

How exciting to see the active volcano! And to see such diversity on this island from Kona to Hilo...amazing! We toured Kauai with Blue Hawaiian as well and felt so confident with our pilots, they were not only adept at flying the helos but they also knew so much about the island. Many thanks!
everything was great from our pilot, Ray, to the view from the sky! The only suggestion I have is to talk about the air vents in the ceiling of the helicopter. By the time I realized they were there I was drenched in sweat. Thank you for a WONDERFUL tour. We'll be sure to let everyone know.
Ray was an excellent pilot but I don't think he'd make a good real estate agent. :-P
Missed the waterfalls at the end but the volcano was awesome and the pilot was great. Thanks for the wonderful trip!

Daniella, our pilot, made us very comfortable and chimed in with little bits of local trivia just at the right times. The ride was thrilling and supposedly we were the lucky ones in many days to see some lava. I imagine the 2 hour tour of the waterfalls and the coastline in addition to the volcanoes would be more fun since most of the time in the 40 min tour is spent getting to the interesting parts. Definitely would recommend it to more friends.
