If we haddnt gotten this paid for as a 25th annerversary gift, we may not have bought it and would have lost out on one of the best experiences. If one conciders not booking such, I highly recommend adjusting all other accomodations and make room for this in your budget. This was certainly the best yet on our trip! We truly enjoyed our flight. Mike is an excellent pilot and tourguide. We appreciate how he addressed each individual on the flight and made sure to engage our son Jarod. The rest of the Blue Hawaiian staff was also very personable, helpful, and friendly. They made us feel right at home on our first helicopter tour. Mahalo!!

Fantastic way to see the island!
Wow! Absolutely spectacular aerial visit to the Big Island. And so lucky too - to see some great lava flow, and Jack too! Our ride was very well executed - great piloting by Greg. He was also very knowledgeable and answered our questions with no problems. He threw in plenty of personal information, as he lives here and could compare what we were able to see with other recent times and conditions. Amazingly, Greg knows our neighbors back in Washington, that live down the block from us!! Small, but beautiful world... Would recommend the ecostar to anyone - well worth the extra bucks. Had a great time, and will definitely fly with Blue Hawaiian when we return to Kauai. Thanks, and Aloha!
