Once the trip was underway we had an amazing time. The staff was professional and kind. However, we were basically guaranteed the front bench of the heli, and a couple that was late was given our seats. We believe this was done for convience, rather than caring about customer satisfaction. We were dissapointed at the seating outcome, but the pilot was amazing and we were overall satisfied.
This was great fun. Great to be back in a helo after 30 yrs and this time with no gun!!! Loved the lava flow, loved the flight and had a great time!

An extraordinary flight - Greg provided a great commentary and we had the unique opportunity to see lava venting in the cone with quite rapid lava flows - 20th September 11

Amazing Views - Eric our pilot was great!
Tour was excellent, our pilot Kevin was great. He explained everything really well and in great detail. He also made sure everyone got a good angle of all the sites.
