Pros: Nice helicopter (clean, modern), great instructions, professional pilot and ground staff. Friendly service throughout. We saw lava flow! Cons:Could have a shelter outside the fence when waiting to board our helicopter as it was rainy and actually always rains in Hilo. The dvd burner was busted and we couldn't get a copy of our trip. We should have gotten all our flotation devices as we waited in the lounge or covered area, i had to wait on the tarmac, in the wind and rain, for someone to go back to the fence area (twice).
