Pilot was great, knowledgeable and friendly. If you are thinking about doing a tour of Kauai, stop thinking and 'book a tour' - was a tremendous hour, great views and experience - you will not regret it. Customer service from all staff was top notch. Would definately fly Blue Hawaiian again.
