It was amazing to see the lava flowing. This was our first time flying on a helicopter and we have been very pleased with the service and safety.

Amazing Trip. The cutomer service is top notch. The pilot circled around lava flows, waterfalls and other natural wonders so everyone had a great view. Excellent naration and Q&A. Clean, comfortable, safe and exciting. Would do it again tomorrow. Mahalo!

Great personalities of bus driver, John, and tech., Damion. Pilot was excellent. Very professional, knowledgable, and informative. Felt he went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable and at ease. The only negative is we felt our time was wasted in the beginning of the tour. Purses and such should have been stowed before the presentation. Did not feel the tour started very efficiently, as our time on the island is very limited.
