All of the staff were very friendly & helpful, especially John & Vincent. We felt safe the whole time which is very important to me. I would give the customer service a 5 star rating. It was just the sight seeing that was a little underwhelming. Overall we were very satisfied though.
We loved the ride, the view was a great too! There was lava flowing at the top which was truly what we were wanting to see. Tim the pilot was informative and most importantly a good pilot! Thanks so much Blue Hawaiian!
Thisis the way to see the island: volcano, cities and waterfalls. You have got to do this if you are in Hawai'i and Ethan knows all about the houses and people that had to move because the lava was coming their way.
