Our pilot Tim was very nice and very informative. He answered all questions very nicely and even added humor. We would definitely suggest to others and do it again ourselves.

It was very cool. We saw lava flows and other lava things. Our pilot, James, taught our family lots of interesting facts. We had a great time. James was a great teacher.

Absolutely sensational. I was terrified the first time I flew in a helicopter...this time I wasnt. Shane was fantastic - very smooth! The view was sensational, definately the best thing done on our trip so far.
