Vince narated wonderfully. He interacted with my grandchildren very well. I especially appreciated his choice of music. Overall, a wonderful trip! Thank you.
We really enjoyed the trip. Eric was very inforative and knowledgable in Hawaiian culture and geography. We couldn't have asked for a better time.
Absolutely beautiful experience. Visual overload. 10+ experience. The best experience of our vacation!!!
A great day and great ride from Hilo to the Volcano and Waterfalls. Ethan was a great guide and thanks for the extra passes over the Pu'u O O vent and waterfalls. An E-ticket ride! Awesome, would do it again in a minute. Mahalo and Aloha!
We had a great time!
Nate was our pilot and he was fantastic. Very informative and made us all feel welcome. He made sure to give us all an opportunity to see the sights by moving the helicopter around. The soundtrack was a great addition to the experience. Thanks Nate!
Our pilot Julie was great. She pointed out all the sites as we flew. I recommend to all.
It was the awesomest thing i EVER DID.Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!
Nice Facility, Awaiying Tour. No Bell Helicopters..... (:-(
Emery was a fantastic pilot. He gave a great tour and educated us on Maui's history. I'm glad he mentioned the large shopping centre on the island, my partner is now going to drag me there for hours of fun :( Great tour and will refer our friends and family. Thank you for the memories. Antony, Suzi and Rick ASQUINI
Ethan was an excellent pilot. He provided us with an amazing view of the volcano area and waterfalls. He clearly knows a lot of knowledge of the history of volcanic activity and is great at communicating with his passangers. Thanks, Ethan.
Awaiting Tour Nice Facility.. No Bell Helicopters? :-(
Pilot Barrett was great! He kept us very informed.
The tour was amazing! My only suggestion is to require people to wear black instead of just suggesting over the phone that you wear dark clothing. The person in front of me did not follow the directions and the glare from his shorts and shirt was in most of my pictures. Also pants would have been a good suggestion because even if people wore dark shorts you could still see their legs reflecting in the windows. Maybe Blue Hawaiian could provide a dark blanket or something for people who didn't dress appropriately to throw over their own clothes.
