Ethan was excellent and provided a great tour of the volcano.
WE PAYED $50 MORE PER PERSON FOR AN ECO STAR TOUR INSTEAD OF THE ASTAR WITH MORE SPACE FOR VIEWING WITH INDIVIDUAL FIRST CLASS SEATS FOR AN HELICOPTER WITH 6 SEATS AND WE WERE IN A 7 SEAT HELICOPTER.THAT MEANS THAT WE PAYED MORE AND DIDNOT HAVE MORE VIEWING SPACE BECAUSE WE HAD ONE MORE HEAD IN FRONT ROW. SO THE ONES ON THE BACK ROW HAD ALMOST NO FRONT VIEW SPACE.
Tim was our pilot and he did an outstanding job flying, providing info, and accomodating requests! Staff was very helpful and accomodating.
OUR TOUR WAS AMAZING! JEREMY MADE SURE EACH OF US HAD A GREAT VIEW. WE WERE BLESSED WITH A BEAUTIFUL CLEAR DAY WITH THE LAVA FLOWING INTO THE OCEAN.
It is me again ...I wanted to praise those 2 gorgeous ladies behind the desk ...Rochelle & Farie ( my apology if I misspronaunced your names ) .They were adorable,carring and concerned ,the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed and secure ...to say : "in good hands " They had amazing spirit and smile ! Mahalo ..it was great experience .Thank you for everything and HAPPY AND HEALTHY NEW YEAR !

It was pretty neat. The pilot, Tim, went out of his way to show us some pretty neat stuff. The only thing that seemed kind of awkward was the long stretches of silence that seemed to fill the air. It would have been more pleasing if he had given us more facts about the island, culture and noncultural. Otherwise the trip was fantastic! We got to see incredible views and the service was beyond helpful. The headphone cut out nearly all noise! Thanks a heap!! :)
