The trip was good. Ethan, our Pilot was very knowledgable with the scenary around the area. Unfortunately, there wasnt as much lava as I would have hoped for, but that isnt controllable at all. Thank you for a good tour!

i requested a window or front seat but got a rear middle seat. after asking the lady if i can have a better seat or wait for next group , i was surprise how rude and unprofessional her way of answering me. also the person in front of us was wearing a yellow shirt which made it impossible for us to take a clear photo at last we hoped to be able to see and maybe buy the cd tour but we were suprised that our cd tour was not available due to damaged recording. our pilot Mr james was great.
