Piolet James was very welcoming and gave us a great tour of major historic sites in Hilo. He made our visit to Hawaii very rememerable and pleasent. Also the staff that assistd us before our flight were very nice and welcoming. Thank you so much :)

The trip was amazing and breathtaking.It was so excited and saw more than I expected. Our pilot Barrett was informative, funny, and warm.He is a fantastic pilot.I suggest that you go on this amazing helicopter trip.
Jimmy gave us a great tour. Our vacation would not have been the same without our ride. If you're here, you need to go up and see the island from above. It is well worth it.

This is at least our 5th trip with Blue Hawaiian. It was as fabulous as I remember each time and each time is better than the last.
Everything was superb except my headphones did not work correctly. It took awhile for me to realize it. Once I notified the pilot, he immediately corrected the situation. It might be helpful to make an audio check for every passenger at the beginning of the flight.
Our pilot was Jimmy; he was excellent! Jimmy gave us a history and anecdotes about the various features that we saw. The flight was relatively smooth (it was windy.) We would definitely recommend Blue Hawaiian to our friends and relatives.
