What an amazing experience. Our shuttle driver Brian, or Steve as he is sometimes called was friendly,calming and loads of fun. Vincent was fantastic. So informative and fun. Love, love, love it! We had an excellent time on our tour of the waterfalls and volcano.Seeing the boiling lava in person was a thrill! Tim was a very fun and informative pilot. Look forward to our next our next tour.

Everything was handled perfectly - from booking the flight to the actual flight with our pilot Dean. Great pilot - just enough commentary, with enough solitude to drink in the beautiful scenery! Fantasic flight. Loved the colors and expesially the coast. I would recommend the Helicoter experince and pilot Dean to all vistitors.
Nate was our pilot. Great flying. I loved how he went over the ridges and took us deep into the valley. It accentuated the dramatic views. Made sure left and right sides got a look. One comment based on the conversation regarding wildlife (goats, pig, deer, etc.): the only native land mammal is a bat. All others are introduced.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Really appreciated Tim's wonderful commentaries and info about the areas. While on the ground awaiting the arrival of the copter, John was very helpful as well. Everyone has been so pleasant from the counter, boarding and in flight. You do a great job! Thank you for making my first helicopter ride so much fun!
Our pilot Tim was absolutely amazing. He had an answer to every question we had for him. The scenary was wonderful, and the weather was as good as possibly could of been. We had an excellent time!
