OUR PILOT JEREMY WAS GREAT AND WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR TOUR! THE SILVERY FRESH LAVA WAS AMAZING.
Het was heel erg gaaf. De piloot Jeremy deed heel erg zijn best. Leuke muziek tijdens de tocht. Hij cirkelde rond de vulkaan aan beide kanten zodat iedereen een goed uitzicht had. Hij vertelde informatie over de vulkaan en waar je op moest letten. We zijn ook nog even over een mooie waterval gevlogen. Het was een prachtige tocht die een mooie herrinering achterlaat. Our pilot, Jeffrey, was absolutely fabulous. He was so calm during the rainy beginning and got out of the storm as soon as possible. Our driver, Leo, has a magnetic personality. Everyone here was so hospitable we can hardly wait to return to your island. We will recommend your tour to everyone we know that will be coming here. Thank you for making our trip fantastic.

The flight with Vincent was spectacular; processing to get to it was less than smooth. When we arrived at 7:15 as instructed, we were told we couldn't check in yet. We waited to be called but were not. By the time we took the initiative to go to the counter to make sure we got checked in, we had to be put on a later flight. When I paid the premium to get the number one rated company, I expected a smooth process from start to finish. It was not. As wonderful as the relaxed atmosphere of Hawaii is, time is still a premium commodity and the ineptness of inprocessing wasted some of ours.
