Rick was a most hospitable guide. He was very enthusiastic about his group-interested in making a most memorable trip. Your company is very fortunate to have him on the staff. I recommend that he get a pay raise, as his main objective was to give the patrons a full, Maui experience. Also, he was "hot". Dixie and Ralph Lloyd, Marie and Mickey Sparks...Hotty Toddy and Go Dawgs!!!!
What a great flight. We got to see all we could have hoped for. Lava flows, waterfalls. It was terrific. Our pilot had some great stories and made the flight comfortable and enjoyable.
I loved it so much our pilot was friendly and hospitable the views were amazing and everything was fantastic I reccomend this for everyone!

Great flight, amazing pilot. Even though I'm sure she get's tired of saying the same things all the time, she was energetic and knowledgable. Our group was quiet, so she didn't have much to work with, but she kept talking the entire time and we all enjoyed it.

The staff was very helpful and our pilot was great.... he was very high spirited. The view made it all worth it and was the best time to ask my soon to be wife to marry me! Take the tour... it is worth it!
Our pilot Rick was very informative, pointing out special and rare scenic sites. The smooth ride was awesome! Heading out to Hana tomorrow and Rick's suggestions about places to see will be very useful in our drive out. Remember....it's the journey, not the destination. Mahalo, Steve & Michelle
