I have travelled somewhat extensively throughout the world. The helicopter tour provided an amazing perspective that enhanced the experience of being part of incredibly beautiful natural scenery. The pilot, Craig, did a fantastic job noting points of interest and providing interesting facts.
First time for me in helicopter tour. Loved watching the volcano erupting. Pilot was very good.
Mark provided a very interesting commentary and made us feel completely safe enabling us to enjoy the flight and learn.

The Guest Service Recovery was nice. We had to wait extra time for the pick up bc of some techinical difficulties with radios and it wasn't a long wait, however, the management decided to give us all a free DVD of our trip. That was very nice and very much appreciated. Our party has taken the tour on Kauai through Blue Hawaiian and it was awesome views. This is a different kind of tour but thought we would see more of the volcano and get closer to the waterfalls. It was still very enjoyable, but just thought we would see more of the volcano and just get closer. Perhaps it is a safety issue in which case there is nothing Blue Hawaiian can do. Mahalo for everything and we will return again to Blue Hawaiian in the future definitely.

Marty, our pilot, was so calm and well trained, we always felt we were in good hands. very relaxing. He's very knowledgeable about what we were seeing and handled the helo so well! Lovely trip. Would recommend it highly.
