We felt very comfortable the entire trip. Our pilot Barret was very informative and kept the trip fun. It was nice that he used our names during the flight to help us see the sights. Rick did a great job of providing us with a fantastic tour of Maui and Molokai. He immediately bonded with our 8 year old and gave him the best flying experience he's ever had with just the right balance of "Space Mountain" and sightseeing. He also demonstrated great knowledge regarding history and culture of the islands. Can't wait to do it again!

They sell you a 2 hour flight, and the waiting time is horrible! We waited to get into the helicopter for more than an hour! You need to correct this. Won't recommend.
