Our pilot Tim was great. He really got us close to some of the best parts of the island. He also shared a lot of exciting information about the island and its inhabitants. Thanks alot!

Don't come to the BigIsland without visting & flying with Toshi. He is awesome & really knows how to entertain & inform his passengers. Thank you for braving the rain & not stopping in Helo (sp?)for a restroom break as we might not have made rest of the trip around the island. We will remember the day always! Mehalo. The volcano area was really nice with the lave flows and everything, the waterfalls were - well, nothing matches Kauai... As for the Piloting, I'd suggest that pilots are required to enjoy a tour on seats 4 and 5 in the Eurostar - sitting on 4, I saw most of the waterfalls right through the pilot's head. If he'd flown a bit further out (or moved the tail a bit inward of the circle), direct view (as well as filming and picture taking) would have been a lot easier.
Pilot did much better job of making us feel like more than third class clients after I complained about how the seating we were assigned was a big disadvantage. After that time of the first landing, attention was paid to showing sights of interest to those of us on the left side of the aircraft. Until then, everything was only shown to those on the right side. Terrific flight skills, however
For my first time I enjoyed it very much. Brad our pilot answered every question and went into depth. The ride was a little bumpy but it was the winds, other than that it was an unforgettable experience. Thank you Blue Hawaiian Helicopters.
Great trip...amazing views with the Eco-copter....Nathan was a great pilot. I do not fly well and he was very mellow and knowledgeable!!!
