Chris was a fantastic pilot! We enjoyed all of the dramatic scenery and narration. The movie theme songs were a great touch.

Mark needs training on getting the customers to ask questions. He should not waste time telling customers that he normally works on another island. This indicates inexperience in Kauai and when we spend as much money on the helicopter as we did we want someone who knows Kauai.
The fact that Vincent was a retired Army Helo pilot was a very reassuring thing. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable and gave us a great tour!

The tour was outstanding! "Grandpa" Craig was an excellent pilot. I'd recommend sitting on the right side of the copter if able. Beautiful scenery, definitely worth doing

We just thought the rest of our trip was great. This capped it off with a phenomenal tour. Barrett. a Kauai native, gave us a wonderful narration of his most beautiful island. We always felt totally safe, and the ride was amazingly smooth. You'll never see Hawaii any better way!
