Truly professional and awesome experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Ryan was a great pilot and I felt completely safe with hm at the controls. I normally am uneasy just watching these kinds of videos yet the flight and views were amazing and would consider this an absolute must do if you are on the island. You would only regret not doing it.
I was nervous at first - the takeoff was a bit nerve racking, but the views were absolutely amazing and I completely forgot I Was afraid of flying. I will recommend this to anyone who plans to come to this island.... can't recommend it enough. The pilot was great too. 20+ years Army experience, I felt completely safe.
Coleen was wonderful and provided a lot of information. We truly enjoyed our flight and would do this again if we have the opportunity.
Went to the Volcano when the lava flow was threatening the puna district. Colleen was a very good pilot the flight was smooth enough that my wife fell asleep. Collen was very informaive about the area and had insights into what the flw had done in the past.
Jeff was an excellent pilot and very informative. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the island by helicopter. Amazing.

Eric our pilot was wonderful. We were very honored to be able to see bubbling lava in the centre of the volcano. Our second time on a Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour. Definately NOT disapointed!

The pilot was a native of Kauai which I thought was really cool. Beautiful views and he was very knowledgeable. He seemed in complete control of the aircraft and I never felt unsafe. I would recommend Barrett to anyone. The one thing I would have changed would have been the celebrity information. More info about the geology, mountains, history and ancient civilizations would have been much better than where movie stars live!
We were worried about rain this morning, but I think it was even better because the waterfalls were so beautiful while the clouds did not obscure our view. Our pilot was careful to show the canyons to both sides of the helicopter. I would love to do this again. What a wonderful experience.
Absolutely stunning! Since much of Kauai is not accessible by car, the helicopter allowed us to see a lot more of the island. Pilot Barrett was great, very knowledgeable and making jokes. I would definitely recommend a helicopter tour. Blue Hawaiian was very professional from start to finish, an excellent customer experience.
Vincent is a great pilot, he made our tour very enjoyable!
