We has a technical issue to take off, but after a delay we mad it. They offered us a free DVD to compensate. Great experience

This was my 2nd experience in a helicopter, but 1st in Hawaii. For anybody considering this, DO IT! My mother was very skeptical, but her post flight comment is, "smooth as silk...loved it!" Brad, our pilot, was informative and knowledgeable. The helicopters are most comfortable and briefings complete. (Adjacent copters were much smaller in comparison. )We saw the magnificence of a pod of whales and it was great to see Kauai intimately from the air after touring the island in car. Loved it.
