Our pilot, Nate, was great! Seeing the volcanos was an amazing experience that we will not forget and Nate was able to answer all of our questions. When I could not see the lava he passed around the lava tube again and again until I was able to see it. An added bonus was all of the whales he took us to see!! An amazing experience...thank you Nate!
Nathan was our pilot and he showed us a good time . He was friendly,knowledgeable and answered our questions patiently. He showed us active volcano flow, waterfalls and whales from up top. Great experience overall.
In addition to being a proficient pilot and knowing the area, Eric has great people skills. Very in tune with the needs of the customers. Diverted a short time on our return flight to allow us to view a whale and calf on the surface. Much appreciated.

Our pilot Eric, was outstanding, very knowledgeable and fantastic experience. He even went out of his way to circle some whales as we were on our way back. We were able to see up close a whale and her baby alongside. Great experience.

Our pilot Nate did a great job of explaining all the aspects of the June 27 Flow and what we were seeing throughout the flight. The waterfalls were beautiful and we even managed a quick side trip to see several groups of Humpback whales of the Hilo Bay. I would thoroughly recommend a flight with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters on the Hilo side of the Big Island.

Hi all, A suggestion would be a more professional prominent sign at the front of your premises. It is not the best, flying on cloudy days. Although I do understand that is just how it is sometimes. Kind regards Brian Snashall
