The pilot and helicopter ride was first rate and enjoyable. The issue I had was that I was in a middle seat and could not take any pictures or video. Anytime there was something interesting, everyone all around had their hands up to take a picture themselves, and I had no option to take the shot. I understand the weight balancing issues, but I wish I would have been told about this prior to the flight. Also, people in middle seats should be given a complimentary video for the fact that they are not given the same experience or charge less for those seats. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and professional and made the whole experience better.
