The trip was beautiful and informative! I have lived on the island for a year and learned so much during the flight. Dale was a wonderful guide, telling us stories and making sure everyone in the cab was feeling good throughout the trip. He also made us feel like we were getting a one of a kind experience. I am grateful to have had the experience and to have flown with Dale and Blue Hawaiian.
The tour was exciting and the pilot, Ryan, was very informative and friendly.
Great to see a different view of the Big Island in all of it's beauty. Would recommend this to anyone looking for something very different to the norm.

You should have different prices based on seating. me and my husband were seated on the right hand side & back and it was very disappointing because almost everything in the tour was on the left or front. There is no choice on the seating so this really makes it not worth the money. At least if one of us was on the right and the other on the left we could have had different images which would have enhanced the experience.

First Class! Our pilot Marty did a wonderful job. Others might like having an open helicopter but we liked having doors and a climate controlled environment. Not really a bad seat on board.
Our pilot Mark was great! The flight was smooth and we will definitely be back. It was an amazing way to see the island of Kauai.
The view was amazing, that's for sure. However, there are always good seats and bad seats and that should be made more clear. I did not book this and I would have preferred a more expensive one where everyone had a good view. I made sure I was by a window this time (thanks to my wonderful husband) but there was only a moment when I was actually looking at the NaPali coast except for across 3 people.
Brad was very nice and knowledgeable. The views were breathtaking (cliché but true).
