Originally incorrectly scheduling the tour date, I showed up to find that the itinerary was wrong. Upon visiting on the incorrect day, Blue Hawaiian immediately corrected their mistake and apologized for the error. They then proceeded to give a great, safe tour that I would recommend everyone do at least once.
This was our first flight on a helicopter ever and it was breath-taking. Miguel, our pilot explained everything in detail. He was ever so friendly and had such a pleasant manner of showing us this fantastic Island Kauai from up-up in the sky. We will never forget this flight and highly recommend to undertake it.
Absolutely amazing. I couldn't stop smiling. It was my first time in a helicopter and I loved every minute of it. The ride was smooth and the view was great with very large windows. Migale(sorry I don't know how to spell it) was our pilot and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. SO pleased to go up today as our first booking was cancelled yesterday which was so disappointing due to the weather. Glad though they put our safety first. Definitely the highlight of our trip..We will definitely recommend this company.

Such a magnificent experience it was surreal. I was struck dumb from take-off, first at the smooth experience of helicopter flight and then by the breathtaking scenery. I still can't believe what I saw. Lucky we have the footage to relive the experience when ever I need to experience a little of life's true magic.

Very well organized tour right from the beginning. Ground crew were friendly and informative. Helicopter pilot, Ethan Shiroki, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about a variety of Hawaiian topics. The tour took us through the Big Island eastern coast, old lava flows and then the Pu'u O'o vent. We were thrilled to see fresh lava. Next we toured the area around Hilo including several waterfalls. This helicopter tour is not to be missed.
