Amazing experience! Everything was well organized and comfortable for us. We ever got lucky and saw a rainbow. My mom and I are great grateful to share our first helicopter experience with Blue Hawaiian! :)
Great way to see Kauai. Pilot Mark was great and very caring with passengers who don't fly as well.

Miguel was awesome! He was very informative and answered questions well. He was friendly and addressed everyone by all of our names. He made us feel safe at moment of takeoff. He showed us many different, wonderful things. He was a pleasure to have as our tour guide.

It was a very cool tour, and I would do it again.
We arrived on a cloudy and rainy day. However, because of the rain, there were many waterfalls running that are often dry. That was great. Our pilot, Trevor, was really good! He explained everything and was very personable. The only bad part is that our helicopter was equipped only with a low definition camera. As such, the video was very poor quality, and noticeably worse than videos of other helicopters that went at the same time as ours. The video was so bad, that we didn't even decide to purchase it. That was very disappointing! Now we have no recording for our memories. Note to company: Please upgrade your cameras!!!

The trip was unbelievable! Riding with Miguel is like taking a road trip with a good friend. His commentary was informative and personal. He didn't talk the whole time and we were allowed to enjoy the gorgeous scenery while listening to soft music. It was a fantastic trip! Everyone here at Blue Hawaii is nice, friendly, and helpful... like family. Mahalo!
