Excellent service from start to finish! Awesome to be able to have video options as DVD or USB. Wasn't able to go to Hana/Haleakala due to the weather but loved the other island.

Much smoother flight than we thought it would be. So happy we got to see some lava! Great even for young kids! Our 5 year old loved it and loved getting to ask questions over the headphones.
