Breathtaking experience in the Hilo tour, that’s a once in a life time memory!

I booked a service with Blue Hawaii Helicopters - Oahu for my birthday the 10th of Aug., and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived (very early, admittedly), the staff was welcoming. One team member went out of there way to give me a list of near by restaurant so we could grab a bit while we waited - super thoughful!! Before we began, the staff took the time to clearly explain all the safety procedures and protocols, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. A huge shoutout to our pilot Niels - professional, reassuring, and clearly experienced. The ride itself was incredibly smooth, and he knew exactly where to position the helicopter for the best views. Thanks to him, I was able to capture some amazing photos that I'll cherish forever. ❤️ If you're considering a helicopter ride, I highly recommend Blue Hawaii Helicopters. Jeff, Janie, Niels and Shanna helped make my birthday one for the books!!

11/10 experience. Our pilot Chris was spectacular; so personable, skilled, and knowledgeable about the island. Helicopter is the way to see Hawaii. The Maui & Molokai Spectacular with the rendezvous point was lovely.

I went on Blue Hawaiian helicopter in Hilo and that was fantastic! But this was by far the best activity EVER!!! Highly recommended!! Kauai vast and unable to visit most places due to privately own property and shear cliff and valleys. Our pilot, Steve, was knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. Taking the trip from Lihue is best you see most of the island - inland, Na'pali coast, volcano, and Hanalei. Stunning views!! It's pricey but all prices have gone up since COVID. This was soooo worth it❤️

Y'all should splurge for this one. Totally worth every penny. The views are outstanding and the pilots excellent. You will get to see areas of Maui that are otherwise not accessible in any other way. Dress lightly and ideally in black to prevent reflections on the windows. Overall and outstanding experience worth a repeat.

I can't think of a better way to see the Big Island than to get on board a Blue Hawaiian Helicopters flight. From the world's most active volcano (Kilauea) to the lush green valleys along the Hamakua Coast - truly amazing! They offer three different flights, which include a two hour flight (Big Island Spectacular), two 50 minute flights (Circle of Fire and the Kohala Coast Adventure)

Absolutely incredibly fantastic! The Grand Island Tour with a stopover at a magnificent secluded waterfall. Organization and security top! First class helicopter, great visibility. World class pilot (Toshi). Also an entertainer and tour guide! Hammer! Actually can't be put into words! At least 10 stars!

We originally booked the helicopter tour to view the Mauna Loa lava, but since the lava is no longer coming out, they gave us the choice of doing a volcano tour or a waterfall tour. We chose the waterfall tour, and were not disappointed. Our pilot and tour guide, Ethan, was very knowledgeable and easy-going. He was also very personable. He took us to witness some, amazing aerial views. I would love to do this tour again on some of the other islands. Thank you, Ethan!

Great experience! Our pilot, James, was very informative and made flying through the Big Island memorable. I was able to get some great photos and videos of the volcano (some lava sighting), Kohala coastline, Hawaiian valley (Waimanu I think), and even a rainbow sighting. The accompanying music and ability to ask questions while in the air was a great way to enjoy the sights and learn about the island. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Big Island.

Worth the price to see the volcano and waterfalls. Have flown at this location three times over a 20 year period. Each time was memorable. Get the DVD and take lots of pictures. My first time I got the VHS tape. Ha. Tour guides are excellent and generally enjoy their job. They are informative and personable. They will even swing the helicopter around to let you take pictures etc. Crew does a good job going over safety. Ignore the price. This is an experience you will never forget.

Excellent five-star service. It was my first time in a helicopter, but the pilot, Ryan, is fantastic and very calm in handling everything – highly recommended.
