The staff were friendly, professional, and courteous! The ride took us to see the wild waterfalls and gardens of Kauai that we wouldn't have been able to see otherwise. The helicopter was comfortable and had air vents to keep it fresh and cool. Having the tour narrated over headsets was informative and the music gave the flight ambiance. Scott was a great pilot especially with the strong 40 MPH winds and rain.
This was my 2nd flight with Brody. Awesome pilot. His island knowledge, delivery and aviation skills are outstanding. Blue Hawaiian's reputation as a tour operator are the envy of the industry. I enjoyed the latest Jurassic Park co-star, the Eco-Star.

Wonderful, fabulous, awesome! I would recommend to anyone. Beautiful views and our pilot Julie was very knowledgeable. She pointed out many interesting areas and even brought us through a rainbow.
Julie was the best, so much fun on this helicopter tour of Oahu. It was mine and my fiancé first time doing a helicopter tour and I cant wait to do it again thank you for the great experience.
good pilot. good views... but with small child: not good for their ears. You should allow to bring something like a bottle of water for them to help with the aching from the ears... My son 2 years old was crying all the tour. It was very difficult to keep him calm; he was yelling all the time... very bad experience... my little baby 2 months had difficulty with the vest but she felt asleep right from the start almost so I had a break with her: fiou! Also, the earphones was not comfortable for my son you should have better ones for children with music inside to calm them. And as for the adult earphones, the micro was to loud and there was no option to turn the sound lower...If not all that stressful experience, the pilot was good and I feel like I want to do the tour another time to better enjoy it without child crying and yelling... thank you
