We booked the entire helicopter for our multi-generational family, with ages ranging from 1 to 66, and chose the hour-long tour of all of Oahu. Nils was our pilot, and we cannot praise him enough. Before takeoff, he clearly explained the plan and was extremely safety-conscious throughout the flight. He took care to point out places of interest, providing just the right amount of detail and history. Striking that balance is no easy feat—too little, and we wouldn’t fully appreciate what we were seeing; too much, and it would be overwhelming. This was truly a must-do activity, and we loved every moment.
