The pilot was very good at driving the helicopter, and we had awesome views of Hilo.
Wesley was very courteous, knowledgeable and fun. We loved how he showed us around the volcano and the waterfalls We'll recommend this trip to our friends !

Beautiful tour. Pilot was competent , knowledgeable and funny. Would have appreciated a longer circle around Diamondhead, but got good shots of most of the island.

The route was spectacular. It is amazing to see things from the air that you're unable to see from the land. Disappointed that full-fare riders on the right-hand side were not offered equal views as riders on the left. The pilot after all has seen the views plenty of times, so it would have been nice to make certain that the passengers -- all passengers -- have equal opportunity for seeing the sights. As the rider in the back right, my view was mostly everyone's arms/cameras to my left where waterfalls, mountainsides were seen by those on the left. The water I was looking at on the right was certainly beautiful. All that said, it was an experience I will recall with happiness. I suppose it's very difficult make all customers have a 5-star experience. That would have been good to know before our purchase. Our family was all on the right-hand side. With some creative customer focus, this would be a five-star experience for all. Mahalo!

The tour was fantastic. My favorite moments were the Nepali Coastline, because of it's isolation and the crater. I loved the historical facts and the depth of knowledge you had. Have a good holiday season Brody! ^-^
