Ethan was awesome. Pleasant, informative. We are so glad we got him as our pilot. if we are ever back in the area we will request him. Will also tell my daughter, who will be taking the tour this Thursday. Thank You, The Becks
Ethan is an excellent pilot and guide I would recommend him to anyone, and will ask for him if I ever return to the Big Island.
Pilot Gregg, eco star, volcano tour. Hello, I really enjoyed the trip. The ride was smooth and the helicopter was very comfortable. Gregg did a great job making sure everyone got to see the flowing lava. I got some great pictures. The only criticism I would have is the dust on the windows made it difficult for the auto focus on the camera. Gregg gave me some great tips about the rest of my trip. The staff seems genuine and up beet. Than you Steve Green
This was even more amazing than we thought it would be. Our pilot Colleen was awesome and totally informed us throughout the entire tour. Hearing the Hawaii Five-O theme song as we are lifting off is possibly the greatest takeoff music ever. We loved all of it.
Haben super Lava gesehen; netter Pilot - Greg - der viel von Land und Leuten wusste; und dazu gluecklicherweise tolles Wetter, gute Sicht und eine Walmama mit Kalb ...
Tim was great and had a good sense humour. also had a good knowledge base. Very relieved he was a fantastic pilot. Thanks,Tim.
