very knowledgeable pilot with a gentle manner put all in our party at ease. we learned a lot and got some amazing shots of lava today. very professional group, ran on time, very safety minded but still a thrilling ride.

Coleen is the best pilot ever. She made the flight so entertaining and found the perfect views to appreciate the lava flows, the forest and the waterfalls. Thank you so much we loved it.
Wesley did a great job. He was kind and welcoming and the lava was flowing. He answered all of our questions and showed us everything we wanted to see.

Absolutely amazing tour! Do not miss it! will definitely repeat when we come back here. Coleen was so informative and the views were exceptional! We loved the history of the island and the all the volcanic views and history. She also suggested many other great tours and places to visit. Cathy at the gift shop was very helpful. She helped us with merchandise purchase and was knowledgeable with sizing and shrinkage. As well she informed us of the ability to purchase our helicopter tour! so friendly..too! How great! We can now share that with friends and family and encourage them to take the tour and stop and shop for souvenirs ! Joe and Rita S.
