5 stars for pilot and flight. Great experience. Miguel, our pilot, was relaxed, personable, and knowledgeable. 2/3 stars for pre-flight. We were assigned Shay - and then waited for an hour as the groups behind us (later flight times) kept boarding their planes. And then when Shay landed - another group went on Shay's flight. Apparently there was a bit of a mix-up and our group was forgotten? A little worrisome before boarding a helicopter flight - and we waited about an hour longer than expected.

The tour was amazing! Our pilot Miguel got the chopper nice and close to a lot of beautiful scenery and features such as waterfalls, extinct volcanoes and the Na Pali coastline! Highly recommended! :-)

I really enjoyed Brian's friendly manner and continuous briefing. I read about the Pu 'Oo vent in the guidebook, but to see it from the Astar made it real. I'll recommend BH to any friends who want to visit here.
Very Accommodating with our schedule due. We had to reschedule due to weather and were still able to make a flight. View was amazing!
