Eric was fabulous. Made us feel so comfortable. Calm presence with a good sense of humor. Full of interesting facts and answered all our questions. When it got a little choppy, he joked with the young boy in front, "Just like riding a wave", which put us all at ease. Perfect amount of silence and information. Flying through the valley of waterfalls literally made me cry. Most amazing adventure. Great music too! Thanks for keeping us safe and giving us once in a lifetime memories. Mahalo

Ian was our pilot. We could not have asked for a better person to take us on this fantastic and magical journey. His music was perfect, his flying skills were perfect, in fact the whole trip was perfect. We even saw a full circle rainbow!! What more could we have asked for. Beautiful tour! I recommend medicine for motion sickness if you are prone to it. The scenery was breathtaking. The music background was a nice touch. Will definitely recommend this tour to others!

My pilot Geoffrey was excellent. I appreciated his knowledge of the island and felt he told it at a nice pace. His tone of voice when talking was very calming which really helped me enjoy the tour even more. I liked when Geoffrey reference names of the people in the helicopter in reference to "seeing" things ie: "now I will turn right so that Cheryl and Henry will also have a great view of the water falls". This made the flight more personal. Great pilot and great personal who greeted and informed us. It was a great experience! I would recommended it!!
Miguel was a great pilot and took the time to tell us about areas that we were very interested in. For example we are going to climb some of the trails on the Waimai Canyon and he took the time to let us look at the Canyon for a bit longer.

The sights were beautiful and the helicopter flight itself very smooth. The crater containing Jurassic Falls was breathtaking. Highly recommended!
