Tim was very nice and informative. I would of loved to of seen more active lava flow, but you do not get to tell Mother Nature what to do.

Great experience seeing the volcano and the falls from the helicopter. Tim gave us great insight and kept us very entertained even though we had less than average weather. Would definitely go again.
Julie was awesome and sweet. Her voice is so nice. lol. She's funny and she made the ride super comfortable. It was our first time on a helicopter and it was a SUPER AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Mahalo muchos! <3

The wait was a bit confusing, but from that point everything was great. The scenery was everything we expected.
From our first point of contact on the internet booking we felt Blue Hawaiian provided a very professional experience. Front desk guest relations were friendly and welcoming, our pre-flight guide was excellent. Our pilot Scott was amazing - we felt very confident and relaxed as his passengers. His commentary was informative, fun and well delivered. I cannot fault our experience - the in air time was perfect and even with clouds we didn't miss a thing! So happy, thank you Blue Hawaiian.
