Amazing experience! Ryan was our pilot and he was fantastic. The folks on the ground were awesome as well. I was a bit nervous due to it being my first time in a helicopter and they all went out of their way to put me at ease. Will definitely book another tour when we come back.

This is our first trip to Hawaii and this is a must do. It is amazing and Ryan was a great pilot and very entertaining!

Have used Blue Hawaiian helicopters many times over the years and they never disappoint! We have had the pleasure having 2 great pilots. Mike and Peter are both very welcoming and knowledgeable and fun to interact with on the trip. Our family will be back!

Wonderful experience! Tim Perry (pilot) was superb in terms of skill, knowledge, and style of communication. The ground crew were thorough, knowledgable, and personable. The checkin process was seamless and timely. Will use Blue Hawaiian for every visit to Hawaii in the future.

Our Blue Hawaiian Helicopters tour of the Kohala coast was spectacular. James, our pilot, was entertaining and informative. Getting to see the awe-inspiring waterfalls and hard to access valleys of the area was truly a moving experience. Flight safety was also stressed, which made us feel very comfortable with the experience. The ground staff provided excellent customer service as well, and we were particularly charmed by the feline and canine staff members, and the support for local animal rescue. We would recommend Blue Hawaiian Helicopters to anyone who wants to see the beauty of the Big Island that can only be experienced from above.

I had such an amazing time and Chewy did a great job!!! We saw so many amazing and beautiful landscapes and it had a fun playlist along for the ride!!!

Pilot and flight were amazing. Great views and pilot was very knowledgable. They contacted us on day of flight and asked us to change our time, which we agreed to. When we got there staff that signed us in said we were last flight of day and if we wanted to pay for the two additional seats for 389 that would book the flight and we would be guaranteed window seats and if we didn't that a walking could be placed on our flight and we may not all get window seats. Policy is must be there one hour before flight, so I don't understand how they could place another person or two on our flight. I felt like they were pressureing us to pay so they could tmake more money. Very disappointed in front desk people, but pilot and flight were amazing.

The tour exceeded all expectations, Robbie our pilot had so much information and so many Island fun facts. It was the absolute highlight of our trip. Unforgettable.
