My wife and I flew Blue Hawaiian for the one hour tour of Kauai. Absolutely fantastic! From safety briefing, boarding procedures and most of all the flight with pilot Shay, every aspect of Blue Hawaiian Helicopter was superb. The island sights are incredible and we even loitered to catch some whales seen surfacing. Narration by pilot Shay was informative and plenty of opportunity to ask questions in flight. For the price of just about 200 dollars per person it is well worth the experience.

Very smooth ride and excellent narration. One of the best features was the optional data stick with the narration, music, and four camera views of the whole trip. Now we can relive the ride and share it with our family.

I wasn't really planning to do a helicopter tour when I came to Kauai, but decided to when the rest of the family was. All I can say is I'm so glad that I did. From beginning to end, the entire experience was excellent. The employees and pilots were so courteous and professional. Our pilot, Brody, was not only a skilled pilot, but was a great tour guide, showing us his island home. For the best deal, go to Costco and purchase $100 gift cards for $79. Buy as many as you need to cover your flight. Any remaining can be used to purchase videos, t-shirts, etc. Well worth the price, and even more so using gift cards from Costco.

We've been to the islands many times but FINALLY ponied up the dough to do this. It was worth the expense and we're kicking ourselves for waiting so long. If you're on the fence, DO IT! We'll cherish this memory forever. The experience was so moving for us it was hard not to get choked up. We were very impressed with the professionalism of BH's staff and facility and our pilot (Marty) was top notch. We saved some money by booking in advance online.

My husband and I did the blue Hawaiian helicopter tour and we were mesmerized by the beauty of Kauai. These pictures are from my husbands cell phone and I have tons of incredible pics on my camera. But If you're the photographer in your party don't forget to put the camera down and just take it all in at some point. Scott was our pilot and we loved him!! He was very knowledgeable about all the areas of the island we were seeing and answered everyone's questions. And he's really funny and made us laugh. We also saw spinner dolphins and a whale from the helicopter and Scott made sure everyone got a view of them. It was awesome!! While the helicopter tour is pricy my husband and I both agreed that it was totally worth it and blue Hawaiian was wonderful throughout the whole experience (booking, check in, safety briefing, of course the ride and they offer DVDs of your actual individual tour if you want). Everyone at blue Hawaiian was super friendly and professional. There is no better way to see the island!

My husband and I took this tour and it was fabulous! Great way to get up close! I was unable to hike to see the waterfalls and this was worth the price!! Educational. great pilot-very informative. Warning you must buy a comfort seat (half price of reg seat) if you weigh over 250lbs. Still worth the price!

We did the Big Island Spectacular, flew over fresh lava coming out of the earth, saw wonderful coastlines full of waterfalls. The pilot shared a lot of information during the flight and made it interesting and beautiful. There were a few too many tight turns that almost made us sick but, didn't. All of the staff are great and highly recommend this company. Enjoy!! Captain GOGO was Great!!

Brilliant experience, safe, secure and never felt rushed or felt like a conveyor belt of clients for the money. Our pilot Karl was professional, good with the kids and felt like a safe pair of hands. We took the 2 hours plus full tour of the island, which was expensive but worth every penny.

My husband Jim and I took the tour of Oahu yesterday with our Pilot Loren. This was my first time in a Helicopter and was a little nervous but once in the air it all went away because Loren was such a great Pilot and great tour guide! This was the highlight of our trip and I highly recommend it as well as Blue Hawaiin Helicopter Tours.

Well worth the money and would definitely do it again. Incredible views flying over the island for a full hour tour. Our pilot Julie was a fantastic narrator of all the sights below. Helicopter was modern and quiet. Gorgeous blue ocean water, over Diamond Head to the North Shore and over Pearl Harbor just to name a few. Flying so close to the water fall was breath taking.

It had it all! Greg our pilot was a wonderful host. He has a very good knowledge of the Island. Very smooth. We had amazing views of red bubbling lava in the cones! Incredible! Burning forests, incredible waterfalls! The family loved it! Worth the expense.

My wife and I took this tour at the beginning of our honeymoon and it was a fantastic way to see the whole island to get oriented and help us refine our plans for the rest of the week. The ride was very gentle and our pilot Scott was a great tour guide, pointing out features of the island and where various movies were filmed. We talked about this tour all week and it's definitely one of the highlights of the trip.

We took the tour this morning and the whole trip was breathtaking. The helicopter ride was so much fun and the scenery was very impressive. It was a great way to see Kauai from above, but still close enough to appreciate its details. Our pilot and guide, Bennett, was friendly, fun and very knowledgeable. I can recommend this experience wholeheartedly.

I have been on all of the Blue hawaiian tours, all of the islands over the past 14 years. Kauai is my favorite, it has the very finest in gorgeous scenery. Their staff are excellent and their helicopters are the most comfortable and quiet.

Miguel was our pilot. He was friendly and gave a informative, interesting commentary and included all passengers. Awesome.
