If the tour is cancelled for technical reasons, the checked-in traveler should be given the priority over later tour slots/traveler who has not checked in. It is not ideal to force checked-in traveler to take available slots later in the day or following day. Thanks.
Pilot Eric was extremely knowledgeable about all things we saw -- the volcanoes, lava formation and flows, the Hawaiian traditions and the history. He made the tour both interesting and educational. It was a 5-star trip! Super job, Eric! Mele kalikimaka!
Eric was a wonderful pilot! He shared so many informative stories about the island -- he knew about everything from ancient Hawaiian cultures to geological phenomena that formed the island. Thanks for taking your Christmas Eve to show us around this beautiful place!
Very nice tour and good view of the volcano. Would be nice to get a closer view of the falls, but a great tour. Nice and friendly pilot. Please check headphones, was hard to hear most of the time

We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the Blue Hawaiian family. From the Ground crew and to our pilot, Capt. Shay, all were extremely warm , kind and eager to help and advise. I think this is great because we get to see a lot of hikers and saw a herd of whales.I think this was great because we got to a lifetime experience.
