Our first helicopter ride! This is a top notch outfit -all of the staff, and especially our pilot Brandyn - were excellent. The helicopter was comfortable and the company was very focused on safety and enjoyment. Riding into the Waimea Canyon and along the Na Pali Coast was spectacular - a once in a lifetime experience. The beauty of Kauai is incredible from the sky.

Brian tried really hard to get our quiet mob talking he was a great conductor!! Marty was our pilot he was a great both pilot and guide. The whole company provided a great experience. Never been in a helicopter before but it was wonderful, safe and comfortable.

Great experience. The team was very professional. The flight was smooth - no turbulence. There are so many water-falls and scenic views that you will be not be able to see from land, and, what you will see from up there is beyond words. The only factor that can change the outcome of your experience - the weather (clouds,etc). We lucked out - the weather was perfect. Bright sunny day - no clouds that obstructed the views. There are 4 seats that are ideal, 2 front row seats or two back row window seats Would do it again, if I get a chance.

We had a great pilot and a great experience. Wow, what a view! It isn't cheap, but you get to see the island in a way that you will never forget. We won't take the kids, but it was nice to take the tour with my wife. Ask for Brad...

I tried to take the helicopter on an earlier visit to Kauai and was rained out. Refund occurred immediately and within a month we came back to explore Kauai more and take the Napali ride. It was spectacular. The helicopter was comfortable and Brandon the pilot was entertaining and well versed on the island. Be sure to wear black long sleeved shirts and pants to avoid reflection when taking pictures. You really can't appreciate the beauty of Kauai unless you're in the air!

We flew with Nathan, who was trained with the Alaska National Guard, and he was the best! Very personable, great sense of humor, described what we were seeing and quiet when we were awed. This is absolutely the only way to see what a limited number of others will ever get to see...the views are of rugged majesty and every hour, depending on the sun, the terrain looks different. This helicopter tour was probably the best highlight of our Hawaiian vacation...and there were so many!

My family and I booked the "hour" long trip and had a wonderful time. Our pilot's name was Marty and he was very friendly and knowledgable about the island and it's features. I did my research on tour pilot flying credentials and decided to go with Blue Hawaiin. My Mom was a little aprehensive at first but was put at ease shortly by Marty's skillful and safe flying. The Echostar was very comfortable (we had only four people and the pilot). The optional video of your trip is a terrific way to capture the memories... picture don't do the island justice. IMO this is the only way to see all the beautiful and rugged areas of the island. It is said aprox. 80% of the island can only be reached by helicopter. I recommend this service.

The views were amazing. Our pilot was Geoffrey he was very knowledgeable for he grew up on the island. The waterfalls were spectacular and the valleys were amazing. Kauai is so beautiful and the best way to see all of the true beauty is on this ride.

The flight was awesome, the views beyond beautiful, and our pilot Brad was informative, and so much fun! He really put us all at ease. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Kauai.

I highly recommend: Never been on a helicopter before, but I had a great time! Our pilot, Geoffrey (sp?), was very knowledgeable about the island and its history. Since most of the island is really not accessible by car, this was a great way to see and appreciate The Garden Island. Really was amazing to see the NaPali coast from the sky, as well as Waimea canyon, the volcano, and Hanalei. You can ask as many questions as you like, too, making this really educational. Pictures are very difficult to take if you want high quality due to glass, but I knew this ahead of time. Pilot was courteous and swung around so people on both sides could see the same things, which was nice of him. Ground crew will take a picture of you and your friends in front of the helicopter on your own camera (no extra fee!). Helicopter was comfortable, quiet, and very smooth (people on the tour had been on other helicopter rides, they said this one was smoother than the other helicopter tour on Kaua'i). Our third trip to Kaua'i and our third experience flying over the island - this trip we brought our two daughters, two sons-in-law, and six young grandchildren to Kauai - late July 2013. We filled up two Blue Hawaiian helicopters! When we saw Na Pali aglow in the afternoon sunshine I said, "This is why we brought our family to Kauai!" Truly fantastic! Do it!

Extremely comfortable helicopter - the eco-star which is step up from the A-Star. Unfortunately if you're seated in the rear 4 seats your ability to take great pictures is limited. The good news is they tape everything and you can buy the memory stick or blue ray disc for $25. It includes your dialogue with the pilot and other passengers. Chris the pilot does the tour as well. Might be better to have a short taped intro rather than some of the stuff he talks about. Air conditioned and extremely smooth despite the wind.

This is the best helicopter service on the island and one of the best views in the world IMO. Have been over Grand Canyon, Mauii, Alaska and for some reason I think the views are the most awesome in Kauii. Highly recommend this company. They helped us "find the place" via telephone...as we got lost! Great organization, well worth the money!!!!

We had Brad S. as a pilot. He was courteous, knowledgeable and funny. We flew in early afternoon in fairly calm air. This is the only way to see many of the waterfalls in the interior of the island. The Napalii (sp?) coast was incredible. Buying the DVD lets us relive the experience! the hour flight literally "flew" by - sorry I couldn't resist that.

This company is well run and organised, recommend to anyone - if you want a memorable moment in Hawaii this tour would be it.Our pilot John was a bucket of information and fun. He put us at ease straight away and showed us views that we were and continue to be awed about. This is the best Helicopter tour company in Hawaii in our minds and know that they are safety first with their guests.During the time we were on board we saw scenery that we will remember all our life. Now back at home we know this was the highlight of our trip.
