David was our pilot. He narrated the tour and enabled us to photograph the lava bubbling within the crater as well as pouring into the ocean and circled these areas so as to provide everyone ample opportunity to see the sights. David explained the areas of vegetation as well as the volcanic rock and ash from current and previous lava flow. On the way back to the airport, he flew us further northwest so that we could see the magnificent waterfalls. This was our first helicopter flight and although I was somewhat apprehensive before takeoff all my fears disappeared as soon as we were airborne. The flight was smooth and very pleasant. I would gladly recommend this tour to everyone who wants to gain a better understanding of Hawaii's breathtaking natural wonders.

Captain Carl and Blue Hawaii were amazing! We had super views, lots of laughter, ans amazing music. Carl made us feel very comfortable and safe. Our captain's knowledge of the Big Island geography and culture was the cherry on the top. Plus Pele was behaving super well and we had spectacular views of the active lava flowing into the ocean. Aloha and Mahalo and we'll be back next time.

So Jurassic Park, Waimea Canyon, the Cathedrals, Napali Coast, the wettest place on earth - this tour shows it all to you from the amazing viewpoint of a helicopter. Brody, our pilot, was fantastic - knowledgeable yet friendly. The whole organization was well-run and welcoming as well. It was one of our family's highlights of our vacation. Enjoy! Aloha.

fantastic - Wesley was great - good explanations - good piloting a suggestion...play "Flight of the Walkyries" (Wagner) from the movie "Apocalypse Now" when taking off.

We did the Circle of fire and Waterfalls tour. Chad was our pilot. Great trip. We loved the Hawaii Five 0 soundtrack on take off. Awesome views of lava gushing into the sea as well as into a crater. Do not leave the Big Island without doing a trip like this.

Our pilot BRAD was both entertaining and assuring...views were spectacular...our first chopper ride did not disappoint and was very safe...our concierge at Hilton Waikoloa Shane was right, the helicopter tour to the volcanos and falls is the best route compared to trekking or boat cruise

First time riding on a Helicopter. The ride was very smooth. Scott was our pilot and he was a great guide. He gave us information regarding the Volcano as well as some history regarding the local towns. favorite quote from Scott, "this is one of the few places where you can actually be Older then the dirt"
