Rick was a great pilot! Super knowledgeable about the islands we flew over and he made sure everyone got a good look at the beautiful waterfalls, the whales and the gorgeous scenery. An amazing end experience on our trip to Maui!

Joff,our pilot, was wonderful and cheerfully answered our many questions in a knowledgeable manner. Everywhere, he pointed out significant aspects of the territory we were flying over. The ride was very smooth and the crew's organized efforts made the ride very enjoyable.

Our pilot Geofrey was amazing!!! He was so informative and friendly. I felt so safe in his competent hands, he skillfully maneuvered the helicopter to give us the most breathtaking views. Mahalo Geofrey for making our experience so wonderful! Safe travels, Katherine

Brian was wonderful! We enjoyed our flight and his wealth of information. I can't imagine a pilot doing a better job. His southern charm put us at ease.

This was by far the highlight of trip to Maui. Rick Bass was an amazing pilot. The sights we were able to see and experience are impossible to describe with words. Thanks Blue Hawaiian

Brian is great at his job, and the flight was amazing.

We booked the Volcano and Waterfalls ride out of Hilo and had a great time! I booked via phone, and the woman who did the booking, Lani, was very helpful. I have young kids, and she agreed with my gut feeling that the shorter ride (50m) out of Hilo would be better for them than the longer ride (1h50m) from Waikoloa where we were staying. Even though I called, I asked for the Internet rate was given that rate. On our flight, our pilot, Scott, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the lava flows and the volcanoes. We went over the ocean to see the coast, saw a town that was spared a few years ago, and then went on to Kilauea. We saw some older flows that were still hot, and he showed us some monitoring equipment. We went off to see the current flow into the ocean, and were surprised that we could see the "jet" of lava spewing into the ocean. It was amazing. I was told that often you can't see lava because of the steam, but we could and it was great. We spent most of our time at the volcano, but did have sometime to see Rainbow Falls from the air, and it was nice. We booked the EcoStar copter, so I can only comment on that one, but the views were amazing - lots of glass and few obstructions. The seats were comfortable as well. Overall, I'd go with Blue Hawaiian again.

this by far was the highlight of our trip. We were able to see live lava flow into the ocean, amazing valley scenery with incredible waterfalls and also opted for the upgrade to do a landing at the base of a waterfall. an incredible once in a lifetime experience and the best way to see all the big island had to offer in just 2 hours!

Got last flight of day 4:30pm. Perfect weather. Like most spectacular scenery words can never truly describe it. You MUST experience this in person. Our pilot Brodi was born and raised on Kauai and provided an in depth history of Kauai conveyed with a true passion for the island. We did "doors" on in the Eco helicopter. Very comfortable. Great adventure and value. We purchased a video of our flight and will review it soon. Just got back.
