Nice, friendly staff with shuttle service included from hotel in Waikiki Beach. Loren, our pilot, was awesome- an experienced pilot and knowledgeable about island history and hotspots. Definitely recommend... Beautiful!

The helicopter was comfortable. The pilot was very knowledgeable about the waterfalls and the volcano. Plenty of time was spent viewing the volcano and the pilot maneuvered so that everyone had a good view and plenty of good pictures. Ground crew was also courteous and friendly. Head phones allowed for interactions between pilot and passengers. A most enjoyable trip. Well worth the money and time!

We had an amazing helicopter tour of the lava flow, crater, and waterfalls. Our pilot was very experienced , entertaining and accommodating! It was the trip of a lifetime!!

We took the Big Island Spectacular tour. It was a great tour that covered a lot of area in about 2 hours. I wish we had more time around the volcanoes, though. The pilot was very good and very knowledgeable about the area. He made sure everyone in the helicopter got to see the main points of interest. They have a pretty well-organized check-in process, and the staff was all friendly and professional.

This was an incredibly memorable experience. Our pilot Marco was very entertaining and made the flight an enjoyable experience. We took in parts of the Big Island we wouldn't otherwise dream of seeing. The lava flows and waterfalls were breathtaking. Whale spotting was an added bonus! The landing at the waterfall was highly worthwhile. I would recommend Blue Hawaiian Helicopters to anyone visiting Hawaii.

Chad was an awesome pilot! Gave lots of details and answered all questions. He made sure to fly around sites on both sides for everyone's viewing. Loved seeing the lava flow into the ocean! Mahalo

None of us (ages 43, 40, 15, 14) been on a helicopter and two of us generally have a fear of height. To our surprise the fear of heights wasn't even a factor. Our pilot (Mr. Loren, a former military pilot) was great. The flight was smooth. The views were exceptional. He provides the commentary/narrative and was very interactive with our teenage sons. Grateful we could buy a video footage of our trip, with all the sites we saw. The experience is one to treasure.
